About Us

At Action CoLab, we work with people who are changing the world.

Our team is all about equipping organizations and communities with the tools, insights, and strategies they can use to drive large-scale meaningful change.

Our mission is to weave together key pillars that, when coordinated well, can effect lasting culture change: traditional media, social media, message-testing/analytics, research, and organizing. We identify and convene partner organizations best positioned to lead on each of these pillars, while stepping in to provide essential support where capacity or infrastructure may be limited. Our role is to act as the connective tissue in each collaboration, helping partners connect, build capacity and bridge critical gaps in strategy, tools, and data, so they can stay focused on their core mission.
